Over 950 kilos of illegal dried turmeric seized in Mannar
A large haul of about 952 kilos of dried turmeric was seized and a suspect arrested in Mannar, police said.
Mannar police has made the detection following a tip-off that a large haul of illegal turmeric was being held at Erukkalampitiya area. The 52-year-old suspect is a resident of Mannar.
