A-9 road to Jaffna under water at Omanthai
The A-9 road to Jaffna is underwater at Omanthai in Vavuniya, Police spokesman DIG Nihal Thalduwa said.
He said accordingly, motorist have been requested to use the road via Mannar to and from Jaffna.
However, he said certain areas in Mannar too have been affected.
