Asian Development Bank (ADB) President Masatsugu Asakawa arrived on Thursday on a 2-day official visit to Sri Lanka.
He is due to meet President Gotabaya Rajapaksa, Prime Minister Mahinda Rajapaksa and Finance Minister Basil Rajapaksa among other ministers and officials. He is due to visit several project sites that receive ADB funding tomorrow, official sources said.
The ADB is due to hold its annual meeting in Sri Lanka later this year.
