An accomplice of Underworld mobster Angoda Lokka, has been arrested, the Special Task Force (STF) said today (April 6).
The STF officers of the Special Raid Unit (Colombo zone), acting on information received had conducted a raid near the Millennium city mall in Athurugiriya yesterday.
Subsequently, an accomplice of the Underworld mobster, Angoda Lokka, Athurugiriye Jeremy (Jeremy of Athurugiriya), who was involved in the shooting incident on March 25 in Homagama was arrested.
The suspect has a warrant related to a pending case at the Athurugiriya Police station and has been handed over to the Athurugiriya Police for further investigations.
