All State and private functions had been banned for two weeks considering the current COVID-19 condition in the country, President Media Division (PMD) said.
Accordingly, carnivals, events, meetings, and parties will not be allowed for the next two weeks. The PMD said that the measure was taken to contain the spread of the virus.
