All zoological gardens that come under the purview of the Department of National Zoological Gardens will be closed until further notice due to the prevailing COIVID-19 situation in the country, Director General Ishini Wickremesinghe said today
Accordingly, Dehiwala National Zoo, Pinnawala Elephant Orphanage, Pinnawala Zoo, and Ridiyagama safari park under the Department of National Zoological Gardens will be temporarily closed for the public from tomorrow onwards until further notice.
