Another vehicle topples off close to the location of recent bus tragedy
A van toppled off and fell onto a lower road in the Nuwara- Eliya - Colombo Road Wednesday evening.
"I heard a loud noise and ran out just in time to see three children flying out," said 42 year old Fawas, a bystander that ran to help.
All three children were bleeding, and one was unconscious when people stopped their cars and took the children to the hospital.
Others injured were taken to hospital on a SuwaSeriya ambulance that arrived on the scene.
Bystanders also told the Times Online that the vehicle had about 10 people, including elders and more children, all of whom were injured and transported to hospitals nearby.
