Those asymptomatic COVID-19 patients will be treated from their residences from Monday onwards, State Minister Dr. Sudarshini Fernandopulle said today.
The Health Ministry is currently in the process of drafting guidelines with regard to how to give treatments and monitor COVID-19 patients if they are to be treated at home.
Currently, those who tested positive after PCR tests would be taken to mandatory quarantine centres for two weeks.
