Canada Post has announced that it will resume its air mail services starting tomorrow (December 23).
However, Superintendent of International Postal Services Samanmalie Perera said that they anticipate some disruption in services due to a backlog of delayed mails.
The suspension of air mail services was triggered by a trade union strike initiated by Canada Post on November 15.
The strike was driven by workers' demands for wage increases and the right to work weekends with overtime pay.
