The Out Patient Department of the Chilaw  District General Hospital which had temporarily suspended its services due to the prevailing disaster situation will be reopened to the public from tomorrow (03).

 

It's Deputy Director, Consultant Physician Dr  Dinesh Koggallage said that electricity supply to the hospital was restored by yesterday (01) and water supply was reinstated today (02).

 

"All other affected units are currently being restored rapidly step by step so that normal public services can be resumed as soon as possible," he added
