Customs seize 16 kilos of gold smuggled from UAE
The Sri Lanka Customs has seized 16 kilograms of gold with an estimated value of Rs 220 million today (27) at the airport, a senior Customs official said.
The gold had been smuggled from UAE.
Two persons have been arrested and further investigations are underway.
