State Minister Diana Gamage's petition for dismissal of Samagi Jana Balawegaya’s decision to remove her party membership has been postponed by the Supreme Court today (10).
The petition was scheduled to be heard by the Supreme Court bench comprising Justices Gamini Amarasekara, Kumuduni Wickremesinghe and Mahinda Samayawardhena today, but was postponed due to Justice Wickremesinghe's reported illness.
The petition was subsequently re-called on February 9.
