The direct flights service between Jaffna and Chennai which was suspended due to COVID-19 pandemic travel restrictions last year will recommence soon as the government is planning to boost the local economy with opening of regional airports, Tourism Minister Prasanna Ranatunga said today.
Minister Ranathunga also stressed that other domestic flights service between Ratmalana- Colombo- Jaffna- Batticaloa also is to resume shortly.
