The prices of domestic Litro gas cylinders has been reduced with effect from midnight today, Chairman of Litro Gas Muditha Peiris said.
Accordingly the 12.5Kg cylinder has been reduced by Rs 452, the five Kg cylinder by Rs 181 and the 2.3 Kg cylinder by Rs 83.
The new price of the 12.5 Kg cylinder will be Rs 3,186, the five Kg cylinder Rs 1,281 and the 2.3 Kg cylinder will sell at Rs 598.
The prices announced are the Colombo prices and will be slightly higher in the outstations with the transport cost added.
