A draft Bill to introduce a new Constitution to Sri Lanka Cricket drafted by a Committee headed by Justice K.T. Chitrasiri was handed over to the Cabinet Sub-Committee appointed to resolve
Sri Lanka Cricket issues, by President’s Secretary Saman Ekanayake today.
The move came a day ahead of a Parliament debate on a resolution to remove Cricket Board officials and draft new Laws for Cricket administration.
Opposition Leader Sajith Premadasa has made the proposal.
