The Finance Ministry has decided to amend the restricted list of non-essential imported items into the country.
A senior official of the ministry said that the list of 600 imported items could either be extended or reduced according to the economic situation.
They said that if the situation becomes worse they plan to include more items into the list or else plans to reduce items from the list.
