A fishing boat sustained damages and one fisherman was injured when their fishing craft collided with a Navy patrol craft today off Thalawila, Police said.
The fishermen have claimed that the damages were above Rs 300,000. The injured fisherman was hospitalised. Attempts to contact the Navy in the area was not successful. (Pix by Pathmalatha Kumari)
