Foreign Minister to attend Pope’s funeral
Minister of Foreign Affairs, Foreign Employment and Tourism Vijitha Herath will represent the Government of Sri Lanka at the funeral of His Holiness Pope Francis.
The funeral will be held on April 26 ( Saturday) in Saint Peter's Square, Vatican City.
Sri Lanka has declared Saturday a day of mourning in view of the funeral of Pope Francis.
