Former Commander of Navy Admiral (Retd) Nishantha Ulugethanna assumed duties as Sri Lankan Ambassador to Cuba last Friday (5) at the Embassy of Sri Lanka in Havana, Cuba.
In addition, he has been assigned the Acting Ambassador of nine countries, including Dominica, Jamaica, Dominican Republic, Ecuador, El Salvador, Haiti, Panama, and Venezuela.
