Accordingly, the Tea, Rubber and Coconut Estate (Control of Fragmentation) Act is to be amended keeping with the budget proposal for the year 2023.
The Cabinet approved the proposal presented by the Minister of Plantation to take necessary steps to amend the Tea, Rubber and Coconut Estates (Control of Fragmentation) Act to make arrangements.
