Tikiri Kobbekaduwa, the Governor of the Sabaragamuwa Province has resigned from his post.
The Governor’s Office of Sabaragamuwa Province confirmed that Governor Kobbekaduwa has resigned the post of his own record and has already handed over his letter of resignation to President Ranil Wickremesinghe.
Tikiri Kobbekaduwa served as the eighth Governor of Sabaragamuwa Province of Sri Lanka from November 21, 2019.
