In Pictures: Breaking the fast with ’Iftar’ meal
Muslims in Sri Lanka and throughout the world are currently celebrating the Holy Month of Ramazan.
The daily fast during Ramazan begins after the pre-dawn meal of 'Suhur' and continues during daylight hours, before ending at sunset with the evening meal known as 'Iftar,' which signifies the breaking of the fast.
Our photographer captured these scenes of a Muslim family breaking their fast with the Iftar meal.
