In Pictures: Duruthu Maha Perahera of Kelaniya Temple
The annual Duruthu Maha Perahera of the Kelaniya Raja Maha Viharaya was held last night. Chairman of the temple Dayaka Sabha Dr. Saman Weerasinghe was invited to place the casket on the tusker by the Chancellor of the University of Kelaniya and Chief Incumbent of the Kelaniya Rajamaha Viharaya, Ven. Kollupitiye Mahinda Sangharakkhitha Thera.
