Large crowds are flocking to the Colombo Port City these days after its promenade was opened to the public last week.
Unfortunately, the crowds also bring a lot of rubbish with them, which they tend to discard haphazardly into the environment. It is also observed that the number of rubbish bins in the vicinity are not enough to deal with all the rubbish that is being discarded.
