Religious Programmes and Dansel were held to mark the Poya day. One of them were organized by the Dambulla Three Wheel Association while another was held by a Pre school in Hatton. 
A short while later, the official car of the Commander of the Navy, bearing plate NAHA 5006, departed from Navy House, Longdon Place, Colombo 7.
