Peoples' Liberation Front (JVP) held a protest today against the rising cost of living, power cuts and fuel shortage at Gingathhena area in Hatton.
The protest was organized by Nuwara Eliya district leader Manjula Suraweera and the executive committee member of National People's power executive committee member Crisnahan Kalechekam. A group of members of Kothmale Provincial council too joined the protest.
Placards, Banners and held by the JVP members. They were saying slogans and calling the government to give solutions for the fuel and power crisis.
