Large crowds have gathered to pay their last respects to State Minister Sanath Nishantha Perera whose remains were brought from Colombo to his Arachchikattuwa residence.
Cabinet ministers, MPs, Opposition Politicians arrived in Arachchikattuwa to pay their respects from afternoon.
His last rites will be held on Sunday at the Rajakadaluwa Catholic Church.
