Main suspect wanted for school girl’s murder arrested
The chief suspect wanted for the murder of a 16 year old school girl in the Kalutara area has been arrested in the Hikkaduwa area today, Police said.
The suspect is a 29 year old person.
The girl was murdered on Saturday and her body was placed close to a rail track.
A young couple who had helped to move the body surrendered to the police earlier.
