An individual had been hacked to death this morning (6) in Kudawella, Tangalle.
The victim is a 50-year-old resident of Kudawella. Police said he had been arrested and remanded over shooting death of another person in Tangalle last year and had only been recently released on bail. Tangalle Police are investigating.
