All the travellers arriving in Sri Lanka via airport shall mandatorily fill the Online Health Declaration Form individually and upload the relevant documents (vaccination record, pre-departure COVID-19 negative test report, date page of the passport etc) prior to boarding, Civil Aviation Authority of Sri Lanka (CAASL) said.
The directive will come into effect from January 1, 2022, onwards.
The CAASL also said that the passengers should arrive with the QR code (in mobile phone/ hard copy ) issued to them.
