All imports of pre packeted goods of Confectionery, Chocolates, Biscuits, cakes and toilet soap have been placed under a Maximum Retail Price by the Consumer Affairs Authority.
The CAA has issued a gazette notification to this effect.
Accordingly in addition to the Maximum Retail Price it would be compulsory to have the name the registered address of the importer on packaging in English at the point of entry to the Country.
