Misty conditions can be expected in some areas of the Western, Sabaragamuwa, Central, and Uva provinces, as well as in the Galle and Matara districts, during the morning, according to the weather forecast issued at 5:30 am today (8) by the Meteorology Department of Sri Lanka.
Over the next few days, there is a possibility of ground frost in some areas of the Nuwara Eliya district during the early hours of the morning.
The Meteorology Department also stated that mainly fair weather will prevail over most parts of the island.
