Navy nabbed a haul of Cannabis worth of Rs. 28 Million from the Nagarkovil beach today (7).
The haul of Kerala Cannabis found abandoned in gunny sacks, weighing around 96 kilos, was seized by a foot patrol led by the Navy’s Northern Command, Navy said.
The Navy believes that the smugglers have left the consignment for future use in fear of the operations of law enforcement agencies.
The seizure was conducted in keeping with the healthcare guidelines, Navy said.
