Sri Lanka Navy apprehended a dinghy boat loaded over 400 kg of Kerala Cannabis during a search operation conducted in the Mankuliya Lagoon of Negombo today (September 21).
The gross street value of seized Kerala Cannabis is believed to be over Rs. 132 million.
The consignment and the dinghy boat were handed over to the Negombo Excise Station for onward legal action.
