New DG of Dept of Govt Information assumes duties
Senior journalist Mohan Samaranayake assumed duties as the Director-General of the Department of Government Information today, the department said.
The new Director-General assured that every effort will be made to ensure the expected role of the Department of Government Information by properly publicizing accurate information.
