Mr. J.M. Chamila Indika Jayasinghe, a resident of Monaragala was appointed to the post.
Mr Jayasinghe’s first appointment in the SLAS was in 2007. He also served as the Divisional Secretary for Passara and Haldummulla .
He also served as a Deputy Commissioner in the Land Title Settlement Department.
He is a graduate from the Sri Jayawardenapura University amd completed his Masters from the Kelaniya University.
H was educated at Royal College, Monaragala, Shri Sunanda Pirivena, Monaragala, Bandarawela Madya Maha Vidyala and Bandaranayake, Gampaha.
