President Ranil Wickremesinghe appointed new members to the National Procurement Commission today (May 03).
The appointments were made on the basis of the recommendations of the Constitutional Council, the President’s Media Division (PMD) said.
Hence, the commission will be chaired by Mrs. W. Sudharma Karunaratne who formerly served as the Director General of Sri Lanka Customs.
Warnakulasuriya Ivan Thisera, D. Piyasiri Daranagama, Sumanthiran Sinnakandu and A.G. Pubudu Asanga Gunawardena will be the other Committee members.
