The preferential vote result of the Hambantota district has been released. The National People's Power (NPP) obtained five seats from the district while the Samagi Jana Balawegaya (SJB) and Sri Lanka Podujana Peramuna (SLPP) won a seat each.
Following are the MPs who have been elected to the Tenth Parliament from Hambantota based on the preferential vote results:
