CPC chairman says no need of QR system
The Chairman of the Ceylon Petroleum Corporation (CPC), D.J. Rajakaruna stated that the QR system needs to be activated to limit fuel distribution only during a shortage. He added that the system was currently unnecessary given there is no such shortage.
