In view of the rapid spread of the COVID-19 virus the Pension department has urged pensioners to use the hotline to resolve issues related to administrative issues.
A statement from the Pension Department said that pensioners should refrain from visiting the department
The pensioners are requested to use the 1970 hotline.
It was only last week the government decided to open all public offices and told all workers to report back to work. However, a new circular has been issued revising the decision.
