The personal motorbike of the Officer-in-charge attached to the Traffic Division of Diyathalawa Police was set on fire.
An individual had stolen the motorcycle and set it on fire in the 'Galkanda' area on the Diyathalawa-Haputale main road.
The suspect has not yet been arrested.
Further investigations are underway by the Diyathalawa Police.
