The prices of imported milk powder will be cut down by Rs. 200 per kilogram from May 15, Trade Minister Nalin Fernando announced.
Milk powder importers are in agreement to slash down the prices of milk powder after a discussion in this respect.
The Government is finalising a list of names to be posted as heads of Sri Lanka’s missions abroad with ex-Chief Justice Jayantha Jayasuriya assuming the position of Permanent Representative to the United Nations in New York.
