Relatives of those killed and injured in the Easter attack have filed a case in the Colombo District Court today (6) against the former President, Prime Minister and IGP demanding compensation.
The petition states that their relatives were killed and several others were seriously injured since no preventive action was taken even after receiving intelligence reports on the attack.
