A sub inspector and a former bank manager arrested over the sexual abuse of a 15-year-old girl are due to be produced for an identification parade on July 20.
The Fort Magistrate Priyantha Liyanage ordered that the two of them be produced for the identification parade after they were arrested by the police and produced to courts.
The sub inspector, a resident of Batticaloa was attached to the sports division of the police while the former bank manager is a resident of Kandy.
They were the 28th and 29th suspects to be arrested for sexually abusing the 15-year-old girl who was allegedly sold through websites.
Police also have arrested the person who managed the website and the persons who transported the girl to various locations.
