Certain areas in Sabaragamuwa, Central and Western Provinces along with Puttalam, Galle and Matara Districts will see showers or thundershowers after 2:00 pm today (25), the Department of Meteorology said in its forecast.
Besides, several spells of showers are possible in Northern Province and Trincomalee District.
In the meantime, a few places in the sea zones surrounding the island will witness showers or thundershowers particularly during the day or night.
