The Western Provincial Civil Appeals High Court postponed delivering the decision on the petition filed by former President Maithripala Sirisena on Easter Sunday attacks and payment of compensation to victims to March 01.
Sirisena’s petition sought dismissal from all 108 cases filed against him by the Colombo District Court regarding payment of compensation to victims of 2019 deadly attacks. The decision was to be announced today (22).
