The government has decided to provide special concessionaires for the local airports of Mattala Rajapaksa International Airport (MRIA), Ratmalana, Colombo International Airport in order to attract airlines.
Accordingly, the cabinet granted approval to release the Landing Charges and the Aircraft Parking Charges of the MRIA and Colombo International Airport at Ratmalana as an encouragement for the international air charter operations implemented according to specific schedule prepared by the Ministry of Tourism and Civil Aviation Authority.
The concessions are extended until July 19.
