Sri Lanka Customs today destroyed a large number of vehicle body parts smuggled into the country.
The items were destroyed to ensure that these parts are used to assemble vehicles in an illegal manner. The items have been smuggled along with other vehicle parts. The items destroyed will be sold as scrap metal.
