Sri Lanka to host inter-sessional meeting of ASEAN
The Cabinet has provided approval to the steps taken by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs to host the inter-sessional meeting of the ASEAN Regional Forum.
Sri Lanka has been a member of the ASEAN Regional Forum and co-chairs the Intersessional Meeting on Nuclear Proliferation and Disarmament for the period 2022-2024 of the Forum.
Arrangements have been made to host the 14th ASEAN Regional Forum Intersessional Meeting for the members of the ASEAN Regional Association on May 16 and 17, 2023.
The Minister of Foreign Affairs, Ali Sabry brought the steps taken by his Ministry to host the inter-sessional meeting, to the attention of the Cabinet and the Cabinet provided approval to it.
