SriLankan Airlines said on Friday that it was informing passengers that its Internet booking services have been fully restored as of 08:30 GMT (14:00 local time in Sri Lanka), following a global outage of third-party service providers that affected the airline’s online booking services.
“We understand that this may have impacted the experience of some of our passengers, and we sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused. For any further assistance with existing or new bookings, please contact our Global Contact Centre at +94 19733 1979. We deeply appreciate your patience and understanding during this time,” the airline said in a statement.
